Practitioner Counselling Psychologist
Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards - Soren Kierkegaard
Welcome
I am a seasoned Practitioner Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC ( PYL 044127) with a rich experience of over 23 years in private practice. I earned my masters degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Pretoria in 2001 and I have since dedicated my career to mental health and the well-being of all the clients I have worked with.
I have owned and run 3 private practices in Johannesburg and Franschhoek South Africa and I currently manage an online and virtual practice from West Sussex in England as a private practitioner. I have also worked in community settings offering my services to an NGO for 5 yrs, assisting underprivileged individuals and communities.
My work is guided by a profound belief in the healing, personality integration and transformation process of each individual, which I find deeply rewarding.
Living with my husband and two children emphasizes the importance of a balanced life, which greatly influences my approach to mental health, wellness, and healing.
